kitloom is a product you install and run yourself, and the documentation is written so that you can. When you would rather have it done, the people who build kitloom take on a small number of projects at a time: moving a site, building what it needs, or looking after it once it runs.
We work for site owners and for agencies. An agency can bring us in on a client's project and keep the client relationship: we work to your plan, in your repository, under your name.
The site keeps its database, its addresses and its search rankings; what changes is the code that serves it.
Something your business does that no module covers — a booking rule, an integration with your accounting or CRM, a catalog with its own logic. We build it the way kitloom's own modules are built: a domain package with its admin for Filament or Nova, wired in by Composer, with tests, a README for the person who configures it and, if you want, tools for AI agents.
A theme from your design, from an HTML template you bought, or matching the look of your current WordPress site. It is drawn from the template hierarchy, every text and picture editable where the admin keeps it, with menus, widget zones and a demo — see Generating a Theme and From an HTML Template for what that involves.
Updates of kitloom and Laravel, checks after each one, fixes when something breaks, and small changes as the site grows — for a site we built or one you built yourself.
Services are invoiced separately from kitloom licenses, which are sold through our store. Every production site still needs its own license — yours, or your agency's Unlimited license.
What we write for your project is yours: the theme, your modules, your configuration. Improvements that are not specific to you — a fix in a module, a feature others will need — may also go into kitloom itself, so they are maintained with the rest of it. kitloom's own packages stay under the kitloom License.
