The Feedback button at the top of every page opens a short form. Ask before you buy, report something that does not work, or tell us what you would like next:

The answer comes back in the same window — the button gets a dot when it does — and by email too if you leave your address.

Licenses, purchases and refunds ​

Write to [email protected].

• To buy a license, name the edition and the plan; the buttons on Pricing write that email for you.
• About a license you have, or a refund, write from the address you bought with and include the order number or the license key.

A project for us ​

Moving a WordPress site, a module or a theme of your own, looking after a site: Services says what we take on and how it goes. Write to [email protected] with the site's address and what you need.

A security issue ​

Report it privately, not in a discussion: Report a vulnerability on GitHub, or write to [email protected].
