Refunds ​

If kitloom does not work for you, you get your money back. This page explains how; the binding terms are in section 9 of the kitloom License.

The 14 days ​

• A new license can be refunded in full within 14 days of the purchase.
• A renewal can be refunded in full within 14 days of the renewal date.
• You don't have to give a reason. If you tell us what went wrong, it helps us fix it for the next person.

After 14 days a purchase is final.

How to ask ​

Write to [email protected] from the email address you bought with, and include the order number or the license key from your receipt. We answer within two business days.

What happens next ​

1. We refund the payment through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the card or account you paid with — the full amount, tax included. How soon it shows on your statement depends on your bank, usually 5–10 business days.
2. The license key is revoked and the access to the private package repository is closed.
3. You stop using the packages and remove them from your projects, as the license requires.

Chargebacks ​

Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank — a refund within the 14 days is quicker for everyone. A disputed payment closes the license the same way a refund does.
