Thank you for buying kitloom

Your payment went through. Here is what happens now.

1. Your receipt

Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, has emailed you the receipt with your order number and license key. Keep the key: it identifies your purchase for support, renewals and refunds. You don't enter it anywhere in kitloom — the packages come through the access token below. Nothing there? Check the spam folder, then write to us.

2. Access to the packages

A few minutes after the payment we email you, at the address you paid with, the details of your private Composer repository:

  • the repository address, https://packages.kitloom.dev, and your customer name;
  • your access token, and the command that saves both in Composer.

The token is yours and your team's: don't commit it to a repository or share it outside your company — the license asks the same.

No email after an hour? Check the spam folder, then write to us: we send it by hand within one business day.

3. Installing

Save the token with the command from our email, once per machine, CI server or deploy server:

bash
composer config --global http-basic.packages.kitloom.dev <your-name> <your-token>

Then start a new site from the skeleton of your edition:

bash
# Kitloom for Filament
composer create-project kitloom/filament-skeleton my-site --repository=https://packages.kitloom.dev --add-repository

# Kitloom for Nova
composer create-project kitloom/nova-skeleton my-site --repository=https://packages.kitloom.dev --add-repository

It asks which modules and themes the site keeps (the usual modules are ticked), which theme is active and whether to build the themes now; the rest is removed, so your composer.json lists what the site runs.

Or add the repository to an existing application and require what you need:

bash
composer config repositories.kitloom composer https://packages.kitloom.dev
composer require kitloom/seo kitloom/seo-filament

Kitloom for Nova: Composer also needs Laravel's own repository with your Nova license — see Nova. Nova is licensed by Laravel, not by kitloom.

Then go on with Installation.

4. Updates

composer update brings new versions of what you installed for twelve months from the purchase; any module or theme of your edition, new ones included, is a composer require away. After that you keep every version you were entitled to; renewing brings another year of updates at half the price.
