Pricing

kitloom is sold whole, in two editions that differ only in the admin panel: Filament or Laravel Nova. A license buys the core, every module, the visual editor and the themes of one edition under the kitloom License. You pay once and get twelve months of updates; after that the versions you have keep working, and renewing brings another year of updates at half the price.

Try it first, decide after

  1. Open a demo: your own Filament or Nova sandbox in one click, no sign-up.
  2. Buy and install it on your own site with Composer.
  3. Not the right fit? Ask for a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked — see Refunds.

What you are buying

The product is the CMS and its modules: the core that handles a request the way WordPress does, the modules — SEO, redirects, forms, custom fields, a shop, bookings, backups and the rest — their admin for your edition, the visual editor, the REST API and the MCP server for AI agents. The bundled themes come with the license, but they are a starting point rather than the point: a theme is a Composer package you are expected to write, and the tooling for that is part of the product.

  • A theme of your own, generated: php artisan kitloom:make-theme Recipes writes a Vue theme with every template of the hierarchy, its own type and admin if you ask for one (--type=recipe --fields=servings:number), menu locations, widget zones, a demo command and tests — and it passes every check as generated. See Generating a Theme.
  • A theme from any HTML template: take a template you bought or a design you were handed, map its pages to the template hierarchy and its texts and pictures to where the admin edits them. From an HTML Template is the step-by-step; two of the bundled themes were made exactly that way.
  • A module of your own, generated: php artisan kitloom:make-module Reviews writes the domain package and the admin packages for Filament and Nova, wired in and tested. See Your First Module.
  • No theme at all: every page answers as JSON, so the front end can be anything — see Headless & APIs.

What you build is yours to use in your projects: the license restricts redistributing kitloom's packages, not the themes and modules you make with them for the sites you build.

What happens after the purchase

  1. Payment goes through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record: it charges the card, adds the sales tax or VAT due in your country and sends the receipt with your license key.
  2. A few minutes later we email you the address of your private Composer repository and its token — see After your purchase.
  3. You install the packages with Composer, as any other package. Updates come with composer update for as long as your update period runs.

Questions

Why is there no free version?

Because we'd rather not make you pay just to find out what kitloom is, and we'd rather not hold half of it back either. You can see all of it before you buy: the Filament and Nova demos give you a sandbox of your own in one click, with every module and theme and no sign-up. Once you buy, you have 14 days to ask for a full refund without giving a reason. Install it on your own WordPress database, and if it isn't worth the money, you get it back. You decide that, not us. See Why kitloom has no free version.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of the purchase, without giving a reason — see Refunds.

Do I need a Laravel Nova license for Kitloom for Nova?

Yes. Nova is sold by Laravel, not by us: every site that runs Nova needs a Nova license of its own, bought at nova.laravel.com. Kitloom for Nova does not include Nova.

What counts as a project?

One production site, served from one domain and its subdomains, however many servers it runs on. Local, testing and staging copies are free.

I build sites for clients. Which license do I need?

A Single Project license per client site — you may hand it over to the client with the site — or one Unlimited license for every site you build and maintain.

What happens when the twelve months end?

Nothing breaks. You keep every version released during your update period and can keep installing it. New versions, and modules released later, need a renewal: $75 for a Single Project license, $149 for Unlimited.

Can I use both admins?

The editions are separate products: Kitloom for Filament covers the Filament admin packages, Kitloom for Nova the Nova ones. The core, the modules' domain packages and the themes come with both, so a site can switch admins with the other edition's license.

Do I have to use the bundled themes?

No. They are examples and starting points; most sites get a theme of their own, generated with kitloom:make-theme or made from an HTML template. The themes stay yours to use, copy and change under the license, like every other package.

Who is the license for?

kitloom is sold to businesses and professional developers. Prices are in US dollars; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
